Storm Damage Mike & Lori Minnetonka 10.3.25

“We recently had a storm that included hail. Needless to say we were inundated with roofers and roof companies stopping by, leaving flyers, or making phone calls. My gut told me to deal with Lindus Construction because they put on the existing shingles.  Blaine was friendly, courteous, and willing to take the time to answer all my concerns. After he inspected the roof we sat down and he showed me a video of what he saw on the roof. He assured me that my roof was fine and I would not need to make a claim…a lot of it having to do with the GAF shingles that Lindus put on 10 years ago. It gave me piece of mind to have the inspection done by Blaine. My appreciation to him and the Lindus company.”

"I did two big projects in 2023 with Lindus. First was removing and replacing attic insulation plus creating proper ventilation. Second was replacing roof and adding LeafGuard®. Did everything go perfectly? No but that is where a company shows its merits. All issues were resolved! I even received a check for unused supplies. I highly recommend Lindus. They are not the cheapest. You get what you pay for."
