Thomas and Mary Kay’s home in St. Louis Park had been built in the 1950’s. Ease of Operation: Outdated double hung windows can be difficult to open and keep open. Realizing this, the team at Marvin windows took great care to create a double hung window that can be operated effortlessly. Cleaning is a breeze with the tilt-in sash that can be accessed without having to remove the window screen.
In all the project spanned four days and was completed by a crew of three craftsmen.
