Recently, Jerry and Mary Beth had questioned whether the windows and their 1970’s area home needed replacement. They called us for a free estimate and we were able to confirm that the windows and doors had reached the end of their lifespan. Here are the solutions we suggested to create a more comfortable and aesthetically appealing home.

Watch Our Infinity^® From Marvin Windows:

Windows: In all, 22 windows were replaced in Jerry & Mary Beth’s home. Ultimately, the couple opted for Infinity® From Marvin Windows. They’re manufactured in Minnesota and are made from Ultrex® Fiberglass. While builder grade windows made of vinyl can warp in the extreme Minnesota weather Infinity® From Marvin Windows are built to resist warping. One of the most appealing aspects about Infinity® from Marvin Windows is that they are offered in the EverWood® Engineered Finish which can be custom stained to match a home’s pre-existing woodwork. Although the windows give the appearance of wood, they are maintenance-free and never need to be stained.

Front Door: A home’s front door not only provides security, but is a major contributor to a property’s curb appeal. For this reason, Jerry and Mary Beth felt confident in their decision to have a fiberglass ProVia® entry door installed. Wanting to add charm and a pop of color, they selected a vibrant red door with white sidelites. ProVia® fiberglass doors offer the ultimate peace of mind because they are made to never rot, rust, or deteriorate. These features are particularly helpful in Minnesota’s rampant temperature swings.

Lindus replaced the roof, gutters, and a small piece of the siding of our home.
