"During the process, they discovered a sag in the overhanging roof over my porch area. I was aware of the sag before, but seeing the exposed structure made it obvious that the problem would only get worse over time. They designed and installed a beam and post structure to properly support the roof and straighten out the sagging area. Once all the work was done, the new beam and posts looked great.
