“We have used Lindus Construction for a number of projects. This time we replaced our roof, insulated under the roof and added LeafGuard Gutters. As always, the project was done with professionalism and timeliness. Shout out to Dylan, Josh, Andrew and George for a job well done.”
Whether for reducing energy bills or for preventing attic condensation, our insulation services deliver great results for homeowners throughout the Twin Cities.
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to explore your goals for your home and the different ways that we can help you achieve them.
"I was very happy with the free insulation estimate I received from the Lindus rep. He took the time to walk me and my father-in-law through a thermal scan of all the leaky spots in my attic - and basement, bonus! - and was honest and forthright about the work they do and the best and most economical options available to us to improve ambient temperature control in these areas."
"Over the years we had Lindus Construction do several projects for us at our home. We had insulation put in the attic along with chutes, LeafGuard® Gutters, and a new roof. We were always completely satisfied with how those projects were explained, priced, and then completed."
“Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding job on the insulation job of my 100-year-old home! Eric took the time to walk me through the entire process and even came back a second time to sort out venting questions. Project manager, Randall, made sure the insulation installed met your quality standards. Every member of your team worked very hard and didn’t end their day until the job was done right. I look forward to energy savings and no critters in my attic!”
"Had Lindus blow in foam insulation into attic, what a difference it’s made! The house is noticeably warmer in the winter and my furnace is not running nearly as much as before. I know it will also help keep the house cool in the summer heat. They also installed some new windows and exterior trim. Everything turned out really well. Corey Hessler was fantastic in dealing with from start to finish and answered all my questions. Everyone I dealt with from Lindus, especially Corey, were kind and professional. In today’s day and age you get what you pay for. Lindus really delivers!"
"Yesterday, Chris came to my townhouse to inspect my insulation. Chris was professional, courteous, and shared great information with me. A less ethical company could have easily tried to sell me additional insulation. But Chris, who represents Lindus really well, shared with me the status of my insulation and let me know there was no need to add or replace insulation. Please know how much I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. For all future projects i will turn to Lindus. I will tell my friends and family to do the same."
"We highly recommend Lindus Construction. They showed up everyday and did quality work. Very professional, polite, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The work ethic we saw was superior. We’re very pleased with the insulation and venting project they just completed. They get the highest a 5+ rating from us."
