He was personable and informative about the work that was to be done. He came over to see that the work was going smoothly. He had a good rapport with the craftsmen who worked on the job. Also a big thank you to Cassie whose design really made the project shine. If there was a problem, Scott was easy to reach and took care of it quickly. We are very pleased with our new bathroom.
