“Our homeowners’ association (for which I am the Vice President) solicited proposals from several suppliers for the replacement of gutters/downspouts on our units. We ultimately awarded the contract to Lindus Construction for the 68 units (less the handful of units that had previously installed LeafGuard® Brand Gutters). The Lindus bid was not the lowest priced bid, but rather, the “lowest evaluated bid price” meaning the association review deemed it to be the lowest life-cycle cost considering the LeafGuard® Brand product quality, Lindus reputation for quality of installation and service, and the product lifetime warranty.”
